Enable Einstein Lead Scoring with Less Data

Salesforce organizations with smaller data sets can now enable Einstein Lead Scoring. Einstein takes advantage of a global scoring model that uses anonymous aggregated data to allow smaller orgs to score their leads. When an organization generates enough of its own data, Einstein switches to a scoring model built only with that data.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.

Why: Previously, the Einstein Readiness Assessor required 1000 new leads and 120 lead conversions in the previous 6 months. Now the assessor allows all organizations to turn on Einstein Lead Scoring.

How: To see whether your Salesforce organization is ready to use a global model or a single-customer model, run the Einstein Readiness Assessor from Setup.
