Increase Productivity with the Outlook Integration with Inbox (Generally Available)
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Essentials, Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Who: Inbox features are available within the Outlook integration to users with an Inbox license who are running Microsoft Outlook.
How: An Inbox license is required to run Inbox features. If you’re using the Outlook integration, contact your Salesforce representative to purchase Inbox. Assign each sales rep who needs access the Inbox With Einstein Activity Capture or the Inbox Without Einstein Activity Capture permission set, depending on your setup.
To move to the Outlook integration with Inbox from Salesforce Inbox, have each sales rep replace the Salesforce Inbox add-in with the Salesforce add-in available in the Microsoft store.
