Use Behavior Scoring with Workflows and Process Builder

Use Einstein Behavior Scoring as part of your rule criteria in Process Builder and Workflows to automate the day-to-day. With these tools, you get the best leads to your sales team faster.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited editions.

How: When you build a rule in Process Builder or Workflow Rules, add a lead or contact object, and select the Behavior Score ID | Behavior Score field. Enter the value to filter for, and save your work.
