Add All Contacts from an Account to Campaigns

Marketing users can focus on accounts when adding members to campaigns. Users can search for contacts by account and add some or all contacts to a campaign.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Why: Let’s say your company sells to restaurants. If your marketing users are working on a campaign to sell more bread, they might want to target only the accounts that aren’t yet buying bread. Now they can quickly search for accounts and add their contacts to the campaign.

How: From the Campaign Members related list on a campaign, click Add Contacts. Search for an account name (1). The list of contacts for that account appears (2). Then select some or all (3) contacts to add to the campaign.
