Use Your Salesforce CMS Content with B2C Commerce Page Designer

Develop rich, content-driven shopping experiences for your customers using your Salesforce CMS content and B2C Commerce Page Designer. Add a B2C Commerce channel to your CMS Workspace to access your content. Then create a cohesive experience for your customers across clouds.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Essentials, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Who: To access Salesforce CMS and create content, you must be a Salesforce admin or Content admin in that CMS workspace. To create CMS channels and workspaces, enable the Manage CMS Workspaces and Channels user permission.

How: Contact Salesforce support or your success manager to establish a trust relationship between Salesforce CMS and your B2C Commerce instance.

Once the relationship is established, from the Salesforce App Launcher, find and open the Salesforce CMS app. In CMS Channels, select Create Channel. Name your channel, then select Commerce Cloud | Create. Then add the B2C Commerce channel to your CMS Workspace.

To use your CMS content in the B2C Commerce Page Designer, your Business Manager Admin must configure the connected Commerce Cloud instance in the Business Manager.
