Customize Which Tasks You See on Your Calendar

Whether reps use list views to sort their tasks by account, due date, or type of work, they can apply those list views as a filter when they create calendars for their tasks. That way, reps can zero in on their most pressing tasks by adding only the most important ones to the calendar. Or reps can create multiple calendars based on different task lists, using different colors to keep tasks organized for a visual reminder on what’ s what.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Essentials, Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

How: When reps create calendars for their tasks from the calendar view, their task list views are available in the list of filters. Reps can select one, and tasks only from that list view are added as a new calendar.
