Direct Chat Visitors to Other Resources

Ending a chat with no next step is a missed opportunity for getting valuable feedback for your support team. Or maybe you want to send your chat visitors to more information instead of leaving them high and dry. With post-chat, you can display a custom button that links to a survey or webpage. This change applies to both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic.

The Give Feedback button on the chat window after the chat has ended. The button leads to the link you add to your Live Agent chat button.

Add a post-chat URL to the Live Agent chat button associated with your Snap-ins Chat configuration. By default, the post-chat button is labeled Give Feedback. You can change the button’s label in Setup | User Interface | Rename Tabs and Labels (or in Classic Setup, go to Customize | Tab Names and Labels | Rename Tabs and Labels).
