Or maybe you want to send your chat visitors to more information instead of leaving them high and dry. With post-chat, you can display a custom button that links to a survey or webpage. This change applies to both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic.
Add a post-chat URL to the Live Agent chat button associated with your Snap-ins Chat configuration. By default, the post-chat button is labeled Give Feedback. You can change the button’s label in(or in Classic Setup, go to ).
