Before, managers had no way to report on the effectiveness of their team’s Engage emails. With Engage Campaigns or Engage for Gmail and Outlook, managers can now view stats on emails sent, delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, and bounced. Sales managers can also drill in and compare stats for individual sales reps. Marketers can use these reports to identify the top performing templates by opens and clicks, letting them encourage use of these templates to drive better results.
