Do your reps want an easy way to tell which emails they related to Salesforce? There’s a category that does just that. Lightning for Outlook adds all emails that are related to Salesforce records in one category. To identify these emails in Outlook® quickly or filter by this category, we recommend that reps add this category to the category list in Outlook. For an eye-catching effect, reps can assign the category a color. This change applies to both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic.
