See Which Campaigns Accounts Are Responding To

Let your marketing team see how their efforts impact opportunities on specific accounts using the Campaign Influence related list on accounts. This change applies to Lightning Experience, Salesforce Classic, and all versions of the Salesforce1 mobile app.

Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

This information applies only to Customizable Campaign Influence and not to Campaign Influence 1.0.

When your sales and marketing reps view an account detail page, the Campaign Influence related list shows the campaigns on the account. For each opportunity, the list also shows the share of revenue influenced by specific campaigns. In Lightning Experience, a pair of charts shows how each campaign influenced the revenue influenced (1), and the share influenced by each campaign type (2).

The Campaign Influence related list on an account

To filter the opportunities represented, reps can use the menus above each chart. To choose a different type of chart, users click the gear icon. To see the complete list of influenced opportunities along with the share of revenue attributed to each campaign, users click View All.

The opportunities displayed are based on the default campaign influence model designated by the admin. The Influence by Campaign chart shows results from up to 1,000 campaigns with the highest revenue shares. This chart combines campaign influence records from deleted campaigns into a separate amount. The Influence by Campaign Type chart shows results from up to 1,000 campaign types with the highest revenue shares. To calculate the charts correctly, give each campaign a unique name.

To let users see this related list, add it to your account page layouts. In Salesforce1, campaign influence records appear without the charts.
