Track Community Activity with New Participation Reports

Want to track which types of your community members log in regularly? Want to know how many of them are active participants and how many are more interested in just looking around? We’ve added new reports to the Activity folder that track the types of customers that log in to your community and their activity level. With this information, you can better determine what to emphasize in your community to get engagement, new members, and content on track.

The Community User’s Daily Participation Metrics reports show the type of customers visiting your community and whether they asked or answered a question, or left a comment.

These reports are available in the Community Management Package on AppExchange. The Summer ‘17 version of the Community Management package will be available on the AppExchange package soon after the release.
