Understanding the health of your self-service community takes more
than just keeping up with spam. Are members of your community actively contributing? Are
members completing their user profiles, such as uploading a profile picture? What are the top
articles that people are looking at? What search terms are being used most, and are they
returning any results?
Now you can track member activity, daily use, service metrics, search activity, and results
in one place with the Service Community Scorecard. Go to
in Community Management or Community Workspaces to access the Service Community
Visit AppExchange to install or upgrade to the Summer ‘17 version of the Community Management
AppExchange package to access the Community Service Scorecard. If it’s your first time
installing the package, the Service Community Scorecard automatically shows up in
in Community Management or Community Workspaces. If you’ve installed a previous
version, upgrade the package and then manually map the Home dashboard to the Service Community
Scorecard from . Click the down arrow to the right of the dashboard mapped to Home and select
the Service Community Scorecard.
Perhaps your employee or partner community tracks different information? You can customize
and rename your scorecard. Go to your internal org and click the
Dashboard tab. Search for Service Community Scorecard and click
Edit to add or remove reports or change the name of your scorecard.
