Keep Track of Community Health with the Service Community Scorecard

Understanding the health of your self-service community takes more than just keeping up with spam. Are members of your community actively contributing? Are members completing their user profiles, such as uploading a profile picture? What are the top articles that people are looking at? What search terms are being used most, and are they returning any results?
Now you can track member activity, daily use, service metrics, search activity, and results in one place with the Service Community Scorecard. Go to Dashboards | Home in Community Management or Community Workspaces to access the Service Community Scorecard.
Note

Note

The Service Community Scorecard is only available in the Summer ‘17 version of the Community Management AppExchange package, which is available shortly after the release.

Service Community Scorecard

Visit AppExchange to install or upgrade to the Summer ‘17 version of the Community Management AppExchange package to access the Community Service Scorecard. If it’s your first time installing the package, the Service Community Scorecard automatically shows up in Dashboard | Home in Community Management or Community Workspaces. If you’ve installed a previous version, upgrade the package and then manually map the Home dashboard to the Service Community Scorecard from Dashboards | Settings. Click the down arrow to the right of the dashboard mapped to Home and select the Service Community Scorecard.

Perhaps your employee or partner community tracks different information? You can customize and rename your scorecard. Go to your internal org and click the Dashboard tab. Search for Service Community Scorecard and click Edit to add or remove reports or change the name of your scorecard.
