See Who’s Most Active in Chatter with the Top Users Report

Curious about which users in your org are the most active in Chatter? Or think you know but want hard facts to back you up? We’ve got your solution: Top Users report. Pick from different metrics, such as posts, rank, and comments received, and get your answers. This change applies to both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic.

To set up the report, go to New Custom Report Type and choose User Metrics as the primary object. In Field Layout Properties, choose the fields you want to include in your report, and save and run it.

To get the report, install or upgrade your Community Management AppExchange package. The Summer ‘17 version of the package will be available soon after the release.
