Newly added insights about key moments, such as when a contact mentions a competitor or a contact is leaving their company, keeps your account team on their game. We’ve also added an insight that alerts your team when customers make changes to their internal leadership. These changes apply to Lightning Experience only.

Leadership changes
Team members are notified when customers make changes to their internal leadership. As with other insights about business developments, each leadership change insight includes up to three of the most relevant articles from reputable U.S. news sources.

You need to enable Activity Capture for your sales team. When insights come from private emails, the insight is public, but the email content isn't displayed unless the activity owner has opted to make the email public. To get the most out of Account Insights, encourage your team to set their Sharing Setting for All Emails and Events option to Everyone.

All account insights appear on the Einstein component on the Home page and account records. All Einstein users with access to the record can see the insights.
