record management features turned on.
Supported browsers for Salesforce vary depending on whether you use Salesforce Classic or Lightning Experience.
Duplicate Management Turned On for New Orgs
Maintaining high-quality data is one of the most important things you can do to help your organization get the most out of Salesforce. So we’re excited to announce that all new Salesforce orgs now come with duplicate record management features turned on for accounts, contacts, and leads. Now it’s easier than ever to prevent duplicate records in your org. This feature is available in both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic.
Edition Name in Lightning Experience Your Salesforce organization edition can now be found on the company information page in Lightning Experience. In Salesforce Classic the edition is still shown in the browser tab and the Company Profile page.
Edit Inline in Lightning Experience Reps can now edit individual fields on a record details tab and easily edit multiple fields at one time. What’s more: Users are warned if they try to navigate away before saving a record. No more lost edits!
Email Templates and Letterheads No Longer Support Scripts To protect email recipients from potentially dangerous HTML content, Salesforce now applies a filter to prevent any active scripts from being included in letterheads and email templates. This feature is available in Salesforce Classic only.
