Display Customer-Provided Scores for a Particular Record (Pilot)

Use the Customer Experience Score Lightning component to display the score provided by your customers. Add the component to custom objects and the following standard objects: Account, Case, Contact, and User.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Performance, Partner Developer, Enterprise, Developer, and Unlimited editions where Salesforce Surveys is enabled.


We provide Customer Experience Score component to selected customers through a pilot program that requires agreement to specific terms and conditions. To be nominated to participate in the program, contact Salesforce. Pilot programs are subject to change, and we can’t guarantee acceptance. Customer Experience Score component isn’t generally available unless or until Salesforce announces its general availability in documentation or in press releases or public statements. We can’t guarantee general availability within any particular time frame or at all. Make your purchase decisions only on the basis of generally available products and features.

How: Drag the Customer Experience Score component to a record page. Choose whether to display the latest or the average score, and how the score is calculated.
