Supercharge Your Bot with Autolaunched Flows—No Coding Required

Bring your automated processes to Einstein Bots. Call autolaunched flows from your bot dialogs. Open a case, update a contact, or trigger a journey, right in the chat conversation.

Where: This change applies to both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. Setup for Einstein Bots is available only in Lightning Experience.

Who: Einstein Bots is available to orgs with both Service Cloud and Live Agent user licenses. Each org is provided with 25 Einstein Bots conversations per month for each Live Agent user with an active subscription. To make full use of the Einstein Bots Performance page, you also need Service Cloud Analytics.

Why: You can configure it all with clicks, not code. In the Einstein Bot Builder menu, choose the dialog that you want to contain the flow.Bot Builder menu

Add an Action dialog element. Set the Action Type to Flow, and enter the action name of the flow that you created in the Cloud Flow Designer.


In the Cloud Flow Designer, set the flow type to Autolaunched Flow.
