Run a Full Sync Without Contacting Pardot Support
Creating a custom prospect field used to mean that you had to contact
support to trigger a full sync to update the field values for prospects. Now, an admin can queue
all prospects for sync after saving a new custom field.
Where: This change applies to all Pardot accounts with fewer than 500,000 prospects.
Who: Admins and users with permissions to create custom fields can start a full sync.
How: When you save a new custom field in Pardot, you’re prompted to queue all prospects for sync. During a full sync, other prospect data syncing is slowed. If you create multiple custom fields at once, wait until you create the final field to sync.
