Set Up Salesforce CPQ Winter ’19

After installing the new Salesforce CPQ package, set up new features and update page layouts.

Where: This change applies to Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience in all Salesforce CPQ editions.

How:

  1. Once you’ve received your package installation link for Salesforce CPQ 216 (Winter ’19), follow the steps in https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=cpq_install_cpq_package.htm.
    Important

    Important

    If you’re upgrading from a version before Salesforce CPQ 214.12.2, upgrade to 214.12.2 or a later 214 version first. Then, upgrade to your desired 216 version.

  2. After installation, add the following picklist value to the product option’s Percent of Total Scope field.
    • Label: Entire Hierarchy
    • API Name: Entire Hierarchy
