Payment Gateway: Tracking Gateway Responses and Refunding Failed Payments

Salesforce Billing calls the payment gateway to make a payment request using a customer’s bank. The gateway then responds with the results of the payment request. View the results of that request on the payment transaction object. If the gateway makes the payment but a system error prevented the gateway from responding to Salesforce Billing, you can now refund that payment in the gateway.
