Cancel Order Products Using Invoice Plans
Admins can set up conditional invoice plans for new orders and order
cancellations. To cancel order products with billing schedules and billing transactions, select a
cancellation invoice plan.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in all Salesforce Billing editions.
