Discover CMS for Community Cloud (Beta)
Where: This feature is available in Lightning communities accessed through Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic, and is available in Essentials, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. This open beta is available to all communities automatically, but your admin has to enable Content Management in Community Workspaces to get the fun flowing.
Who: CMS for Community Cloud is available to anyone with permissions to use Community Workspaces to create content and to anyone with access to Community Builder to add content to a page.
Why: Now you can integrate blogs from your marketing or technical staff. Even more exciting, now you can also display your Salesforce CRM data like inventory or account information easily. Each piece of material has a single source of truth so you can manage it all in one place. In other words, update it in one place, and it’s automatically updated everywhere it is used.
How: Turn on CMS for Community Cloud in Community Workspaces by clicking the Content Management tile and then selecting Start Using Content Management.
