Customize the Live Agent Session Page in Lightning Experience

Use the preconfigured Lightning page for the Live Agent Session page so that admins who are designing their own Lightning Console apps can customize it. The Live Agent Session page in Lightning Experience is the same as in Salesforce Classic. It shows information about chats, such as how many chat requests were processed, how long agents spent online, and how long agents were actively engaged in chats.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in:
  • Performance and Developer editions created after June 14, 2012
  • Unlimited Edition with Service Cloud
  • Enterprise and Unlimited editions for an additional cost

How: To add the Live Agent Session page to your Lightning Console app, open the Lightning App Manager, and click Next until you reach the Navigation Items page. Add the Live Agent Session item to the Selected Items list.
