Increase the Size of Your Open CTI Softphone
The height and width limits for softphones have increased, so CTI
partners have more flexibility scaling the phone to match your screen size. Open CTI softphones
now support a height of up to 2,560 pixels and a width of up to 1,920 pixels.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Essentials, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
Who: To create or edit a Call Center, you need the Manage Call Centers permission.
How: In Setup, when you increase the height and width values in your Call Center’s definition file, white space is added around the softphone’s current dimensions. To make the softphone bigger, contact your CTI partner to adjust the dimensions.
