CTI: Call Centers in Service Essentials and More Flexible Softphones

Essentials Edition orgs gain the power of computer telephony integration (CTI). And Call Centers get more flexible with increased height and width limits on softphones.

Use CTI in Service Essentials
Add phone to your small business’ support channels to give customers another way to contact you. Make calls from a softphone directly in Salesforce. Call center users can see Salesforce information for incoming calls, make out-going calls directly from Salesforce, and report on call outcome, duration, and more. A call center is great for boosting productivity for Salesforce users that spend time on the phone.
Increase the Size of Your Open CTI Softphone
The height and width limits for softphones have increased, so CTI partners have more flexibility scaling the phone to match your screen size. Open CTI softphones now support a height of up to 2,560 pixels and a width of up to 1,920 pixels.
