Follow the Flow with Article Assignments

Track articles that require action by reporting on assignment fields. This change applies to Lightning Experience only.

Manage your article workflow by targeting the assignment process through your org's knowledge base. Create assignment list views that help you see article assignments that are approaching due dates, past dues dates, or are assigned to someone who is out of the office.

Note

You can only assign draft articles in Salesforce Classic currently. Assignment fields for pre-existing draft articles don't appear in assignment field reports. However, if they are reassigned after the release, they will become available.
