Email: Introducing List Email
Your company’s marketing and sales teams can take email marketing farther with list emails. They can curate a list view of targeted contacts, leads, and person accounts. They can also send a separate, personalized email to each recipient on the list. This change applies to Lightning Experience and all versions of the Salesforce1 mobile app.
Notes: Keep Sensitive Data Private with Private Notes
Your reps rely on notes to streamline their workflow and increase productivity. With private notes, they can record sensitive information while keeping the note in context. Reps can also selectively share private notes. This change applies to Lightning Experience and all versions of the Salesforce1 mobile app.
Calendar: More Robust Calendar Options in Lightning Experience
Collaborate more efficiently with your colleagues in Lightning Experience. Reps can share calendars and add attendees to events that are syncing with Google Calendar. These changes apply to Lightning Experience, Salesforce Classic, and all versions of the Salesforce1 mobile app.
