Do It All in the Member Engagement Queue

You asked us for a better way to find community members and easily communicate with them. And we worked on it. With the new Member Engagement queue, you can sort your members, check out who’s posting and what their reputation score is, see who has a profile photo, create filters, view member details, and more!

Ever wanted to greet your new members weekly with a friendly post on their profile? This feature makes it easy to do just that. After you’ve narrowed down your search to a certain list of users, post directly to members’ profiles or send a direct message. (Direct messaging is available only in Lightning Experience communities). Click a member’s name to bring up the member details panel and create your post. With one click, your note posts on the member’s page.

The Member Engagement queue requires the Winter ’18 Salesforce Community Management Package. The Winter ’18 package will be available on the AppExchange package soon after the release.
