Enjoy a Modern Chatter Experience in Salesforce for iOS

The new Chatter experience delights with smoother scrolling and a more intuitive user experience. We’ve added a Company Highlights feed and the New Posts button for getting the most relevant and up-to-date information in a hurry. This new experience is available in Salesforce for iOS, version 14.0 or later.

With the new Chatter feed experience, enjoy a faster and modern feed for collaborating with coworkers and customers.

Company Highlights Feed

Use the Company Highlights feed to stay in the loop with trending conversations at your company. When you’re short on time, you can still engage with top posts and make sure you’re caught up with the latest company updates. Tap the top of your feed to sort and filter posts based on your priorities. Change your filters as often as you’d like and never miss another update. Image of the new filtering options for Chatter feeds. Filter by What I Follow, To Me, Bookmarked, and Company Highlights. Sort by Top Posts, Latest Posts, or Most Recent Activity.

Note

If you prefer the All Company feed, select the Company Highlights and Most Recent Activity filters for the same feed experience.

New Posts Button

The New Posts button lets you know when new content is available in the feed so you never miss the latest updates. This button saves you time scrolling through your entire feed just to see the newest posts. Generic Chatter feed with the New Posts button visible at the top of the screen, beneath the search bar.

Share from Your Chatter Feed

Share posts directly from the feed to followers or groups and include your own thoughts to add to the conversation. You no longer need to tap into the feed detail page to share posts with your followers or groups. Just scroll, share, and get back to work. Chatter feed with the new share button called out on the far right of the post bar.
