Access Case Milestones on the Go
Agents can view case milestone updates in the case feed, open the
case milestones record page, and view the Case Milestones related list in Salesforce for Android,
Salesforce for iOS, and Salesforce mobile web.

To use this feature, your org must set up entitlements, an entitlement process, and milestones.
Then you can add the Milestones component to the case record page in Lightning App Builder. The
Milestones component supports only cases. You can’t add the component to any other object page.
Note
The Milestone component, including its tracker, isn’t displayed in Salesforce for Android, Salesforce for iOS, or Salesforce mobile web.
To customize the fields displayed on the case milestone record page in Salesforce for Android, Salesforce for iOS, and Salesforce mobile web, edit the compact layout for the Case Milestone object in Salesforce Classic Setup.
