Insights, now it’s News. But we didn’t just improve the name, we also improved the News feature
feature is available in Lightning Experience and all
versions of the Salesforce1 mobile app.
Your reps still get the timely, relevant news articles and Twitter posts that help them stay up
to date with their accounts and opportunities, but now they also get news on contacts and lead
records. Plus, reps can share individual news articles on Chatter.
