Share Interaction Summaries or Interactions with a Reimagined and Intuitive Interface

Help bankers and financial advisors easily share interactions and interaction summaries with multiple participants at a time in a compliant manner. Previously, they could share records with only one participant at a time. When you add the new Manage Participant component to an interaction or interaction summary record page, they can add multiple users or groups as participants to the record, and also assign roles from within the component. The component also provides them a suggested list of users or groups to add to the record.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Professional, and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled.

How: Edit an Interaction Summary or Interaction record page. Navigate to the Components menu, and drag the Manage Participants component to the record page layout. Ensure that the Interaction and Interaction Summary objects are enabled for Complaint Data Sharing.

You can configure the component then select participant types. Users or groups from these types appear as suggestions. To customize the suggestions list, click anywhere on the Manage Participants component to select it. In the properties pane, under Participant Types for Suggestion List, click Select. Move the required participant types to the Selected list and click OK.
