Where: The Briefcase Builder tool applies to Lightning Experience desktop and all Salesforce orgs that have Field Service (FS) enabled. This tool supports Salesforce Field Service mobile app for iOS and Android.
How: Create and name your briefcase, select the objects, and apply filtering to retrieve only the records you want users to view offline. Then you can assign users and groups to view the briefcase, associate connected apps with your briefcase, and activate it immediately or later.
