High Velocity Sales: Einstein Call Coaching, Engagement Details, and More Sales Cadence Customization

Sales managers can analyze sales calls with Einstein Call Coaching. Sales reps can see when prospects engage over email, such as when a sales cadence email is opened or a link is clicked. There are also many new features for sales cadences, like removing prospects automatically from sales cadences when specified exit criteria are met.
