Better Manage Your Community Pages

The improved Community Pages Menu makes it easier to navigate to and edit your pages. Search for a page to see the folder where a page lives and select and edit the page directly from the search results.

Where: This change applies to Lightning communities accessed through Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Essentials, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

How: In Experience Builder, navigate to the Pages menu panel to see all the pages in your community. Object and Content pages are grouped with their associated pages, such as detail and related list pages.

Click on a page in the Page Menu to view it in the canvas and edit its page properties. You can also edit page properties directly from the search results when you search for a page title.
