Manage Customer Consent for Multiple Languages
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. This feature is available in Salesforce orgs with access to Messaging through a Digital Engagement add-on.
Why: Communicate with your customers in the languages they speak. When you use short codes, your business is required to follow carrier compliance requirements, industry standards, and applicable laws.
How: When you create or edit a Messaging channel, select the languages you want to support under International Consent Settings. Enter keywords that your channel automatically responds to. Then write customized responses for those keywords.
