Manage Customer Consent for Multiple Languages

Stay compliant by writing unique consent keywords and automated responses for each language you support. Use custom responses to account for country-specific regulations.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. This feature is available in Salesforce orgs with access to Messaging through a Digital Engagement add-on.

Why: Communicate with your customers in the languages they speak. When you use short codes, your business is required to follow carrier compliance requirements, industry standards, and applicable laws.

How: When you create or edit a Messaging channel, select the languages you want to support under International Consent Settings. Enter keywords that your channel automatically responds to. Then write customized responses for those keywords.International consent settings for Messaging
