cases, and assign the right sales reps and products for those visits.
Where: These changes apply to Lightning Experience in
Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Health Cloud is enabled.
Who: To use Intelligent Sales for Health Cloud, your
Salesforce org and users must have the Health Cloud and Health Cloud Add-On licenses
Why: Using visits, sales operatives, sales managers, and sales reps can track the orders
they have to fulfill. Visits also have handy information such as the required products, contact
points at the site, and tasks sales reps must perform during the visit.
How: Enable the Intelligent Sales and Visit Inventory
Management org prefs.
