Foresee Product Shortfalls with Inventory Projections and Request Product Transfers

Give sales teams insights into their field inventory to manage their visits so that they can get ahead of any potential product shortages.

Where: These changes apply to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Health Cloud is enabled.

Who: To use Intelligent Sales for Health Cloud, your Salesforce org and users must have the Health Cloud and Health Cloud Add-On licenses provisioned.

Why: Sales teams get product availability projections for specific visits based on all their visit commitments up to that point. If a sales rep doesn’t have enough inventory to fulfill a visit, they can request a product transfer from another rep. The requested rep can then choose to accept, reject, or partially accept this request.

How: Enable the Intelligent Sales and Visit Inventory Management org prefs.
