Get Notified When a Platform Event Message Doesn’t Start or Resume a Subscribed Flow or Process

On rare occasions, after a platform event message is published, something happens that prevents the event message from starting or resuming a subscribed flow or process. Now you can receive an error email if this issue occurs in your org.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

How: The new error emails are already enabled for flows and processes that subscribed to platform events in the Spring ’20 release or later. If any of your flows or processes subscribed to a platform event before the Spring ’20 release, deactivate and reactivate them to enable these error emails.

The new error emails are sent to the same recipients as other process and flow error emails, which you can control from the process automation settings.
