Maintain Your Bot with Bot Builder Upgrades

Focus more on the task at hand with collapsible bot dialog steps in the Map and Detail views. Train your bot faster with new bulk actions in Bot Training. Intent Extensions are now renamed Intent Sets to make it easier to navigate models. As you grow your bot, these tools help keep your bot organized and encourage consistent training.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. Setup for Einstein Bots is available only in Lightning Experience.

Who: Einstein Bots is available to Salesforce orgs with both Service Cloud and Chat user licenses, or to orgs with Digital Engagement user licenses. Each applicable org is provided with 25 Einstein Bots conversations per month for each Chat or Digital Engagement user with an active subscription.

How: You can access the map view through the Dialog menu in the Einstein Bot Builder, and you can access the Bot Training page through the Model Management menu. Changes to the Map View include:
  • Pan Mode was removed, but you can click and drag throughout the model, or use arrow buttons and tabs for greater accessibility.
  • A green circle over the corner of the icon identifies those dialogs with intent enabled.
  • Collapsing at the parent shows the number of direct child dialogs attached to that parent dialog.
  • Hovering over a rule dialog step shows the criteria included in the rule.
