Get the Experience on Salesforce Help

Salesforce Help now uses for sign-up, login, and profile and settings management. When users open a link from the Help Menu directing them to Salesforce Help, they log into their account first.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in all editions.

When: This change starts on May 22, 2020.

How: Log into Salesforce Help by clicking Log In in the top-right corner. Once logged in, to view or edit your profile or settings you click your profile pic and select Profile or Settings.

If you are prompted to log in to after selecting a Salesforce Help Menu link, you’re directed to the page after login. Currently, Single Sign On (SSO) from the Salesforce application to Salesforce Help isn’t available. But sessions are long-lasting. If you logged into Trailhead, Salesforce Help, the Trailblazer Community, or another Salesforce site recently, your session continues onto Salesforce Help. You’re logged in as the same user.
