Personalize Your Service Appointments with Insights from the Appointment Analytics App

Appointment Analytics lets you make data-driven decisions to help deliver the right service resources to the right customer at the right time. Use the template to create an app with dashboard visualizations of customer appointments data from Lightning Scheduler.

Where: This change applies to Einstein Analytics in Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic. Einstein Analytics is available in Developer Edition and for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.

Why: Understand how your team has been allocated for service appointments by viewing past appointment volumes across accounts, work types, and territories. Dig deeper to find out how long your reps spend on service appointments to help analyze their performance. And sort appointment key performance indicators by location, type, service rep, and other factors to get key details to help manage the business.

How: Go to Analytics Studio, click Create, choose App, and click Start from Template. Select Appointment Analytics, and follow the instructions in the wizard to create your app.
