Set Up Mass Quick Actions in Communities

Mass quick actions are now available in Lightning communities the same as they are in Lightning Experience. Your customers can select up to 100 records in a list view and perform mass updates rather than updating records one at a time.

Where: This change applies to Lightning communities accessed through Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Essentials, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

How: Users can perform actions on a specific record (1) or an entire list of records (2).Recod List with mass actions enabled
