Make Processes Easier for Customers with Flows

Help your call center reps handle service requests from patients and members using providing wizard-like flows they can launch from the Health Cloud console. The provided flows help with appealing a coverage decision, changing the member's primary care provider, and requesting a new insurance card. You can clone the provided flows and create new ones to fit your business processes.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience, Salesforce Classic, and all versions of the Salesforce app in Professional, Performance, and Unlimited editions where Health Cloud is enabled.

When: These flow templates are provided as part of a package. To install the package, you'll need the Health Cloud Managed Package installed and the Health Cloud permission set assigned.

How: To set up and deploy the flows, you must have a standard Health Cloud license. Community users are covered by your community user license.
