Patients and members can schedule non-medical appointments by embedding Lightning Scheduler in a website, app, or community. Using pre-built flows and a convenient self-service scheduling interface, patients and members can sign up for health education and wellness coaching. Or let them reserve medical equipment, like oxygen tanks and hospital beds. It’s easy to search and select the right person, location, and date and time. Patients and members can schedule and modify appointments through embedded services in your company’s website or community.

This release provides ease of connectivity to CAQH Proview^(R) and DirectAssure^(R)services via MuleSoft connector for CAQH., allowing you to visually define complex integrations between Health Cloud and CAQH to enable enhanced provider credentialing. Licensing terms & conditions between the customer and CAQH apply. The MuleSoft connector simplifies the mechanism to access the licensed CAQH services. Help your call center reps handle service requests from patients and members using providing wizard-like flows they can launch from the Health Cloud console. The provided flows help with appealing a coverage decision, changing the member's primary care provider, and requesting a new insurance card. Use the Health Cloud Business APIs for building integrations with Health Cloud. The APIs wrap complex business logic by executing multiple tasks within a single API call. Most of the APIs are RESTful APIs, but a few are also available through Apex classes and methods. With the new ANSI 278 friendly Authorization APIs, payer organizations can receive prior authorization requests and a variety of other care services requests electronically.
