Give your customer service reps a productivity boost with
pre-assembled flows to help them handle customer service requests faster. The flows provide
step-by-step guidance for common service requests, such as change of address, change of
nominee, and change of beneficiary, without the need to navigate to different screens. The
flows are available in English.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions that have Financial Services Cloud enabled.
When: This feature is available in Financial Services Cloud by late July.
How: Clone the flows, and then customize them according to your business processes.
