Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions that have Financial Services Cloud enabled.
Why: Choose from the prepackaged performance metrics and report charts to create custom home pages that suit the needs of your agents and service reps. Agents and service reps can view metrics and reports for a month, quarter, or year.
How: In the App Launcher, click Insurance Agent Console.
