Einstein Next Best action now lets you create expressions for
filtering recommendations more quickly and accurately. Expressions use resources, operators, and
values, and you can build them in two different modes: simple and advanced. Simple is
declarative: just select or search to build your formula. Need a more complex expression?
Advanced is the way to go: type your expression following the formatting and syntax guidelines
you’ll find on the screen.
