Our new flow building experience makes getting started a lot easier. Now you can quickly choose the right flow type based on our helpful descriptions. Feeling efficient? Use a flow template. First, filter available templates based on the flow type you need, and then choose a template. Customize the flow to meet the requirements of your specific business process. -

Flow Builder helps you create flows more efficiently by making only usable elements, resources, and screen components available while you’re building. For example, you can’t use screen elements if you’re building an autolaunched flow. Previously, Flow Builder displayed all elements, resources, and components for all flow types. -

Flow Builder just got a whole lot better! Accidents can happen when you build flows, and now you can easily fix them with features like undo and redo. Need to use an element similar to one you’ve already built? Duplicate and modify it as needed. Is finding something in your complex flow like looking for a needle in a haystack? From the Manager tab, quickly find existing elements on the flow builder canvas. -
Use Rich Text in Display Text Screen Components, Choice Labels, Help Text, and More
Rich text has come to Flow Builder! Add rich text to a Display Text screen component, the label of a Choice resource, help text, Pause confirmation screens, and input validation. Control the font, size, color, and alignment of text. Add merge fields, HTML links, bullet points, or numbered lists. -
Include Images in Rich Text Controls (Beta)
Upload and insert images in flows. Images included in the rich text editor are not supported in packages. -
Find Actions by Type or Category When Building Flows
Standard flow actions are now easier to find and use for building flows. Select the type or category you want to find the action you need. Not sure about your category? Select All and search by keyword. With all actions combined in one Action element, we simplified the toolbox by moving the Action and Subflow elements into the top category with the Screen element.
