Choose When to Send Service Appointment Notifications
Your service resources might not need to know about a new appointment
right away, especially if you’re scheduling many appointments in advance. Instead, notify users
when it’s most helpful—when they’re assigned a service appointment or when they’re dispatched for
the appointment.
Where: This change applies to Field Service Lightning for Android and iOS in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
How: In Field Service Mobile Settings configuration, under Customization, select either Send appointment notifications on assignment or Send appointment notifications on dispatch.
